REGOLAMENTO BALNEAZIONE
CENTRO BALNEARE BAGNI MISTERIOSI
Il presente regolamento, affisso all’interno dell’impianto sportivo, ne disciplina l’utilizzo. Esso si reputa conosciuto ed accettato in maniera incondizionata in ogni sua parte da tutti gli utenti in possesso di titolo comprovante il diritto di accesso.
Il biglietto d’ingresso è uno scontrino fiscale non cedibile e la sua validità decade all’uscita dell’impianto e a richiesta del personale di controllo dovrà essere esibito. Non è pertanto consentito uscire e rientrare dalla struttura con lo stesso biglietto. Coloro che ne fossero sprovvisti dovranno corrispondere il pagamento di un nuovo ingresso.
Gli abbonamenti e/o carnet sono titoli d’ingresso plurimi, assolutamente personali, non cedibili a terzi, pena la decadenza della validità degli stessi. Dovranno essere esibiti e, a richiesta, consegnati presso la reception dell’impianto.
Durante gli orari di apertura al pubblico i minori di anni 14 potranno accedere all’impianto esclusivamente se accompagnati dal genitore o da altra persona maggiorenne, in possesso di documento di identità, che diventa affidataria a seguito di sottoscrizione liberatoria.
La Direzione, a sua totale discrezione, per cause di forza maggiore e/o di maltempo si riserva la facoltà di:
• Procedere alla chiusura della biglietteria vietando contestualmente l’accesso alla vasca agli utenti a qualsiasi titolo presenti.
• Procedere, in circostanze eccezionali, alla chiusura dell’impianto, valutando l’obbligo all’uscita dallo stesso tutti gli utenti a qualsiasi titolo presenti, qualora necessario.
Al verificarsi di tali condizioni non verrà riconosciuto alcun rimborso;
La direzione si avvale di personale dedicato alla sicurezza e all’ordine dell’Impianto sportivo e pertanto si riserva il diritto di:
• Rifiutare l’ingresso o di espellere coloro che turbino l’ordine e la morale pubblica e comunque, con schiamazzi o giochi pericolosi o altre manifestazioni, arrechino danno al buon andamento dell’attività;
• Non consentire per motivi igienico sanitari, l’ingresso in acqua a coloro che siano affetti da malattie infettive o che presentino lesioni cutanee o ferite.
All’utente allontanato dall’impianto per i motivi anzidetti, non sarà riconosciuto alcun rimborso di quanto versato per esservi ammesso.
La Direzione non risponde:
• Di valori, denaro, oggetti di valore e di qualsiasi altro materiale depositati negli armadietti o all’interno degli spogliatoi anche se chiusi a chiave;
Attrezzature ed oggetti di valore, anche ingombranti, non saranno ritirati e custoditi a nessun titolo, dal personale, salve diverse disposizioni.
• Per qualsivoglia danno a persone o cose, anche procurato dagli utenti, per effetto di utilizzi impropri degli spazi, materiali ed attrezzature
• Di oggetti e valori lasciati incustoditi all’interno dell’Impianto Sportivo
• Di eventuali danni procurati a cose personali quali a titolo esemplificativo costumi, occhiali da sole, parei, ciabatte….
Spogliatoi
Gli utenti devono cambiarsi negli appositi spogliatoi, utilizzandoli il tempo strettamente necessario senza lasciare indumento o effetti personali. Gli stessi potranno essere depositati negli appositi armadietti fino ad esaurimento della disponibilità.
In caso di utilizzo dell’armadietto è obbligatorio lasciarlo vuoto al termine dell’utilizzo. Il personale in servizio è autorizzato, alla chiusura serale, ad aprire gli armadietti che risultassero indebitamente utilizzati e liberarli di tutti gli indumenti ed oggetti in essi contenuti.
È obbligatorio:
• Indossare il costume;
• Fare la doccia prima di entrare in acqua;
• Accedere al bordo vasca calzando zoccoli o ciabatte puliti e in materiale sintetico e dedicati alla balneazione;
• Utilizzare la cuffia in vasca;
• Utilizzare costumi contenitivi per i bambini di età inferiore ai 3 anni e per gli utenti fisiologicamente incontinenti;
• Accompagnare i bambini di età inferiore agli 8 anni all’interno degli spogliatoi.
• Nuotare seguendo il senso delle corsie, laddove presenti, per evitare di disturbare gli altri nuotatori;
• Riposizionare Il materiale usato per le attività rimanga nella sua postazione originaria ed essere utilizzato in maniera adeguata
• Riferirsi al responsabile di settore prima dell’inizio dell’attività;
• Servirsi degli appositi cestini per i rifiuti di qualsiasi genere, rispettando se indicato, il genere di rifiuto.
È vietato:
• Introdurre oggetti di vetro o altro materiale che possa risultare pericoloso per sé, persone o cose;
• Introdurre cani o altri animali nell’impianto, anche se al guinzaglio;
• Fumare, ai sensi della L. 03/2003 e delle eventuali modifiche alla normativa in materia, vigenti al momento della lettura del presente regolamento,
salvo che nelle zone dedicate ai fumatori;
• Utilizzare occhiali da vista, da sole o da nuoto, se non con lenti infrangibili, in vasca;
• Togliere il braccialetto prima di uscire dalla struttura;
• Introdurre radioline, impianti sonori, ecc...;
• Rincorrersi, spingersi o creare situazioni pericolose per sé o per gli altri;
• Correre sul bordo vasca;
• Sostare sul bordo vasca e occupare le aree di passaggio;
• Nuotare sotto alla pedana galleggiante per qualsiasi motivo;
• Occupare in qualsiasi modo gli spazi riservati agli Assistenti Bagnanti;
• Occupare le corsie e le aree riservate ai partecipanti ai corsi organizzati dalla Direzione;
• Introdurre cibo e bevande dall’esterno;
• Consumare cibi e bevande in acqua, sul bordo vasca, sui gradoni e negli spogliatoi;
• Fare la doccia (sia esterna che interna) senza costume e toglierlo negli spazi comuni e visibili al pubblico;
• Organizzare corsi individuali o collettivi, anche se gratuiti;
• Arrampicarsi sulle piante e sulle strutture presenti nell’area;
• Cogliere i fiori ed entrare nelle aiuole;
• Entrare in Teatro o nella Palazzina che fronteggia la piscina.
• lasciare i bambini da soli nello spazio.
È altresì vietato, salvo diversa disposizione:
• Eseguire tuffi con rincorsa, all’indietro, con capriola o comunque pericolosi;
• tuffarsi in acqua dalla pedana;
• Nuotare in apnea;
• Giocare a palla in acqua e sul bordo vasca;
• Utilizzare attrezzature per la pesca e la pesca subacquea comprese pinne o maschere ed oggetti contundenti od ingombranti quali ad esempio
palette natatorie in materiale rigido;
• Fotografare o filmare;
• Esporre locandine, manifesti e materiali di pubblicità.
Le attrezzature, i materiali e tutti i giochi dedicati ai minori devono essere impiegati in modo appropriato e prudente sotto la stretta sorveglianza del genitore o dell’adulto che li accompagna, secondo le indicazioni esposte e quelle impartite dal personale, e devono essere ordinatamente riposti dopo l’uso. Il genitore o l’adulto tenuto alla vigilanza sul minore è esclusivo responsabile dei danni da quest’ultimo eventualmente provocati a se stesso, a terzi o alle alle attrezzature, al materiale, ai giochi. La direzione e il personale presente in nessun caso assumono obblighi di vigilanza del comportamento dei minori e sono, pertanto, esonerati da qualsiasi responsabilità.
Gli utenti sono tenuti ad attenersi scrupolosamente alle presenti disposizioni e a quelle che potranno essere impartite dal personale in servizio.
Le aree sono videosorvegliate. La rilevazione e’ effettuata dalla Coop. Teatro Franco Parenti per fini di sicurezza e tutela dei beni aziendali.

Bagni
The regulation code for Bagni Misteriosi lays down rules which must be respected and acknowledged by all users of the site.
All users must be aware of the regulation code and unconditionally accept all of its content.
The entrance ticket is to be shown in the form of a fiscal receipt and an electronic bracelet. Tickets are not transferable and they expire once outside the site. Individuals are required to show staff members their ticket at the entrance; If you cannot provide evidence of your ticket, you will have to pay for another one. Subscriptions are personal and therefore not transferable to others.
If asked by the staff, you have to provide evidence of your subscription and leave it at the main reception.
During the time that the site is open to the public, those who are under 14 years of age can only access the pool if they are accompanied by a relative/guardian over 18 years of age. A form of ID is required for this individual. In the case of unfortunate weather and/or any other adequate reason, management reserves the right to:
• Proceed to the closure of the ticket office and deny entrance to any other individual.
• Proceed to the closure of the site. All users of the site are required to leave. In this case, tickets cannot be refunded.
Management uses security staff for its sports facility and it reserves the right to:
• deny access to those who cause rupture to the atmosphere with inappropriate behaviour such as dangerous games,
lack of respect towards other individuals and in the case of any damage caused in the facility;
• have any type of infective disease/have visible wounds.
This is to maintain hygiene;
Tickets cannot be refunded to those who have been asked to leave for the reasons mentioned above.
Staff is not in charge of:
• Valuables, money or any other belongings that are found in the lockers and changing rooms, even if they are locked.
Staff will not supervise valuables.
• Any damage to personal belongings and to people caused by an inappropriate use of the facility.
Changing rooms:
Pool users are required to change in the changing rooms, but strictly for the time necessary to do so and making sure not to leave any belongings behind. Personal belongings are to be put in the lockers which need a padlock.
At the end of the allowed time of the usage of the locker, individuals are required to make sure to empty it completely.
After the closing time of the site, staff is authorised to check all lockers for any neglected belongings. In the case of anything found, staff will not be responsible for keeping these in custody.
Users are required to:
• wear a swimsuit;
• have a shower before entering the pool; wear appropriate and waterproof footwear/diapers by the pool;
• wear a swimming cap; infants under 3 years of age are required to wear swimsuits suitable for their age;
• those who are physiologically incontinent have to wear suitable swimsuits;
• infants under 8 years of age need to be accompanied in the changing rooms;
• swim within the swimming lanes to avoid disturbing other swimmers;
• any equipment provided by the facility must be treated with care and is not to be damaged. Any damage caused
to the equipment will be held under the responsibility of the individual who has caused it. The staff will not
be responsible for damage caused by individuals to the equipment or to any other individual due to inappropriate
behaviour and mistreatment of the facility.
• the bins present on the site must be used for any litter. If there are any rules on the bins regarding the type of litter, they must be respected;
Users are prohibited to:
•bring any harmful objects such as objects made of glass that could cause harm to individuals or damage to the facility;
•bring dogs or any other pets, even if kept on a lead;
•smoke, according to the law 03/2003. Smoking is only allowed in the smoking areas;
•use glasses, sunglasses, or swimming goggles, if not unbreakable in the water;
•remove the electronic bracelet; bring radios / any other sound machine;
•chase one another, push each other in the pool or create dangerous situations for oneself and others;
•run by the pool; occupy areas assigned for walking by the pool;
•swim near and under the platform; occupy the lifeguards’ area;
•occupy lanes that have been booked for activities organized by the Directorate;
•introduce food and beverages from outside;
•eat food and drink in the pool, by the pool, on the steps and in the changing rooms;
•shower (both in the internal and external showers) without a swimsuit or remove the swimsuit in an open public space;
•organize courses, whether individual or collective, even if they are free, without the consent of the Directorate;
•limb tress and pick up flowersenter the Theatre and Palazzina in front of the swimming pools;
•leave kids alone in all areas
It is also forbidden to:
•dive with a run-up, dive backwards, with a flip/somersault or in any other dangerous manner; dive from the platform;
•play with a ball in the pool or by the pool;
•swim in apnea; use any type of fishing equipment including fins or swimming masks or any other objects that take up unnecessary space such as swimming boards;
•take pictures or film; distribute brochures/posters or any publicity material.
The equipment provided by Bagni Misteriosi must be used respectfully, kept in the best possible way and stored in order. Damage to the equipment and material will be borne by the persons responsible. Knowledge of this Regulation exempts the Management from any and all liability.
Users are required to comply strictly with these provisions and those that may be provided by in-service staff.
This area is under video surveillance. The survey is carried out by Coop. Franco Parenti Theater for the purpose of security and protection of business assets.Art. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative N.196 / 2003), full text available on the website www.teatrofrancoparenti.it. The owner of the data processing of the Cooperative Teatro Franco Parenti is Michele Canditone, Delegate Advisor at the headquarters of the Cooperativa di Milano via Pier Lombardo n. 15.
